So, for one, I don't have much to complain about.
This week I've read Buffy, Booster Gold, Countdown adn Blue Beetle.
Buffy 5 is been great. One shot. reallly intense. Whedon makes the geek inside me really happy. He shows us that the slayer path is a lonely one, even when there are thousands of slayers in the world. That would be one hell of a story to develop, but still... it's not necessary, is it? YTou can tell a lot without saying it aloud, without even showing it.
BTW, the comercial idea is just genious.
Countdown 36 is been, as always, well... entertaining. Piper and Trickster get lower and lower in their shit pool (Deathstroke??) and, well, Mary Marvel is loosing it. I still like how Jason calls the monitor BOB.
This week best sentence award, though, goes to daddy Bats (when Jimmy Olsen tries to enter the League):
"Mr. Action... *tt* Somebody tell me how this isn't a massive waste of time?"
Also, Piper just skipped answering why Poison Ivy doesn't affect him? Is the word "Gay" forbidden or something?
The all new Booster Gold 1 Yaaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii. Fan girl me is sooooooooo hyper right now!! Michael wants his Teddy back!! ^_^
The story seems to be going both funny and interesting and anghsty. This is just an intorductory issue, but we learn one thing:

Batman has his heart and (surprinsingly enough) is the only one in the JLA who is not a dick.
And now, to show that there's hope in the DCU... Blue Beetle 18!!!
( I'm going to give a brief under a cut, because it rocked so much )
The issue is great. great the drawing (two superb artists), great the srcript and pace, funny the puns and comments. Titans feel more in character here than in their own title and even kara is not an asshole.
About Blue Beetle itself, I love Paco and Brenda, they are the best Sideckicks ever (sorry, Robin) and they should be allowed in teh Titans tower too.
And, talking about the Titans... where are Joey, Vic and Raven? And why seems that Kara is part of the team now? I suposed they are still trying to solve Match's situation. Not that I specially like any of them, so it's not big deal.
I just hope this creative team was the one in charge of the Titans. Hopefully, issue 50 is going to be great.
