Festivaleros: Myself (alone, again ^^)
Yesterday I had a film at 12:00, wich meant taking the train elarlier.
So I woke up relatively early, id a pair of chores, and went to Sitges to watch FORBIDDEN PLANET!!

Leslie Nilssen was just as bad an actor then than he is now. The bugger! How can one person be so terribly bad at acting and still make a living out of it?
Still, the film is great fun to watch and really interesting. Pure and real Sci-fi. You have everything in there: robots, flying saucepans, invisible foes, laser beams, superior and lost civilisation, a mad genious, a beautiful girl, a really manly hero and even a philosofical reading: We can beat everything but ourselves.
I loved this film when I was younger and I still love it and I'm really glad to have been able to watch it in a big screen for once.
Then I took yet another walk through Sitges (I never tire of it). I bought a book for my sis-in-law (it had been her birthday) and entered a musueum, hwere they were having a tiny exhibiton about image and cinema (from dioramas to Melies). I discovered a musical group called RETRIO, that has a beautiful piano sound and make beautiful piano versions of well known songs.
And finally stopped for a burger and a Guiness.
And there is where I meet the little fellow I'll show you yesterday.

He was so tiny and cute... He was hidden in the hole, and from time to time, he went out, looked around and then, at the slightest sound... Flop! Inside the tube again. We gave him some ham and cheese and a bit of water, poor thing, but he wouldn't let us come any close to him.
I know he'll get by. It's a cat, after all, and he is cute. People will feed him (or her, come to think of it), but, poor thing... It was so small...

Anyway, then I got home and, after some more chores, I met with Roser and Ferran to chat a bit, wich was as good as watching Forbidden planet.
